This tutorial is for Safari. Googling the answer to this problem comes up with no result, so here is the answer I was able to find for use on DevFever and other websites.
Open the Safari menu and go to "Preferences. Select "Show Develop menu in menu bar" if not already selected.
Focus on or open the webpage you would like to block caching for.
Right click on the page and click inspect element. To the right of the "x" in the left corner of the web inspector, there are two boxes on top of each other. Click on the boxes and the inspector opens in a new window.
Go to the "Network" tab. In the top right, under the search bar, there is a trash icon. Click the icon to the immediate left of the trash icon. Congratulations! Safari will not cache this page until you close the inspector.
